  • What is your Return Policy?

    All return requests must be made to contact@svetlanasamsonova.com no later than three calendar days from delivery confirmation provided by the carrier and received back to us no later than 15 days. All items received after this term will be shipped back to the original sender without a refund. We reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass our inspection upon receipt. All returns must be in a brand new condition, including all tags attached, packaging, without any damages, stains, tears, scratches, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Please note we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colors of our products; therefore, it shall not be a reason for a product return, as well as product dimensions and materials. All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept returns of items on final sale. All international orders are final sales. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. We do not provide product exchange at the moment. In some cases, store credit may be offered.

  • What are the shipping options?

    Please refer to your checkout page for shipping rates. We ship from Toronto Canada via UPS and Canada Post, please calculate delivery time based on available shipping options and your location, feel free to reach out if you need assistance. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. We do not take responsibility in the event of any delays in delivery or shipping by the carrier.

  • Can I change my order details after it was placed?

    Once an order has been submitted, changes to the shipping address or any other order adjustments cannot be accommodated. Please make sure to provide an accurate postal and valid email address during check out. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.

  • Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?


    Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes, as well as any penalties for unpaid fees related to it.

  • What payment options are available?


    We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
